Takeshi Ishihara, Visiting Professor at Central South University. He is currently a Professor at the University of Tokyo, Japan. He is an internationally renowned wind engineering expert. He is the president of the Japan Wind Energy Society (JWEA), the chairman of the Japan Wind Engineering Society, and the chairman of the Japan Wind Power Dynamics Analysis and Structural Design Committee.
